Call the number at the top of this page. Tell us what you have noticed, where, and roughly how long it has been going on, and give us your ZIP code. We will put you through to a licensed company covering your area.

Usually within a few days. Smoke residue is not an emergency in the way water is, but it is acidic and it etches finishes over weeks — so it is not open-ended either, and the HVAC should be switched off today rather than when the crew arrives.
